CushyLips Lip Plumper Quality Control
All our raw materials pass the most strict quality controls before they can be used. To add with, we utilize only precursor materials of the highest quality and they pass our internal quality inspection.
Before production all raw materials are tested for purity. During any stage of production quality engineers have the right to reject a product that does not match our strict quality standards. All staff follow written protocols that are strictly implemented during the manufacturing process. All steps during the process of manufacturing are documented and revised by quality control specialists.
Manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis that is predetermined and documented in company books to be reviewed by the Department of Agriculture. This helps to ensure that during the manufacturing process there is no contamination. Production records concerning each unit of a product, including all raw materials used, are kept for two years after the expiration date.
Further quality control is demonstrated by:
Product analysis Recorded for each manufactured product. The analysis includes specific components of the herbal product, including a lot number for each of the ingredients, along with the production methods used.
Raw materials These are purchased only from reliable wholesalers. Each raw material in our products comes with a certificate of Analysis, obtained from the supplier. Our internal Quality Assurance team also studies the authenticity of the raw materials.
Packaging material All packaging materials are bought only from reliable wholesalers. Specific Quality Assurance personnel makes sure that all labels are attached to the right products to avoid any confusion. All new labels are checked with the original master label to avoid any mistakes during the printing process.
Lot Numbers: when an order request has been received, we enter the herbal supplement that is to be manufactured in the production records and assign it a lot number. The raw materials are released to pharmacies after we check the authenticity of all products.
CushyLips Lip Plumper Manufacturing Guidelines
In addition to the protocols that are described above, CushyLips supplements keep to the following manufacturing guidelines to ensure the utmost quality control:
Blending and Granulation Director of Operation inspects all equipment used in the mixing and granulation process before use. Then raw materials are inspected for the last time. The lots are then processed using strict written guidelines for each herbal product. After granulation and blending, the powder blends are kept in special containers, so that they stay fresh and avoid any contamination. Once again the Director of Operations makes sure that all new blends are labeled properly.
Encapsulation and Compression After the test unit has been processed, a sample unit is given to Quality Assurance to be compared to stored samples, so as to keep product integrity. When Quality Assurance approves new unit, full line production may start. Inspections of Quality Assurance are conducted using set protocols for the capsules. Like in the blending and granulation process, the capsules are stored in specially designed containers to stay fresh and uncontaminated. The Director of Operations ensures that all new capsules are marked appropriately.
Liquids We prepare liquid products according the same strict protocols for blending, granulation, encapsulation and compression.
Packaging and Inspection After the processing is completed, the final product is inspected once again by the Quality Assurance personnel. We remove from the lot broken tablets, over filled capsules and other defective products. When Quality Assurance staff release product, they are either packaged for bulk storage or bottled and labeled for customer use (on the labels the information required by the Federal Drug Administration can be found; batch numbers are logged). All products that are finished are labeled properly and closed with a tamper proof seal. The Quality Assurance unit also keeps samples of raw materials for one year after the expiration date of the last product they are used in. The unit also saves samples of the finished products one year past the date of expiration. They are maintained under controlled conditions.
Final Products All final products are kept in quarantine in a climate controlled environment till they are finally delivered to the customer.
